We would like to start by telling you a little bit about our company. Storm King Construction was inc. in. 1997by Richard Werst (building pole buildings in Oregon since 1968) & David Hibdon (Building pole buildings in Oregon since 1976). We are one of the most experienced builders of pole buildings in the nation & the #1 builder on the Northern Oregon Coast. We sell more buildings by word of mouth than by advertizing. We believe we do so because of the following.

Professional Workmanship; Our crews are the best in the business & it shows. You will find them to be both courteous & professional. We don't use sub-contractors for our buildings or concrete. Our employees are more interested in quality than speed. They are fully covered with workers comp. insurance.

Quality Building Materials; In most cases we use larger posts & set them deeper into the ground than our competion. We use larger nails & more of them, larger bolts & a larger top cord on our trusses. We use only proven vapor barriers & our metal has a limited 25 year warranty that includes limited fading.

No Sheerwall Engineering; Our standard buildings are engineered using the post & rafter system. This means you can add doors, windows, etc. in the future without additional engineering as long as the main posts are not disturbed.

Hassle Free Building: We strive to make your building experience hassle free. We can build the building, pour the concrete & in most cases do the site preparation. In most cases we will apply for the building permit for you. The cost of the permit is not included in our price sheets.

Price Sheets: Upon request we will email, mail or fax you price sheets with prices on several sizes, heights, exposures & options on pole building's for residental or commerical use.

Site Review; We do not sign a contract without visiting the building site. At this time we may make recrimendations & will answer questions or adress concerns you may have. We have no clauses in our contract that allows us to charge extra for hard digging, uneven ground, etc.

Compare; When you compare the total cost & quality of the building, concrete & site preparation, we believe we are the most reasonable in Oregon. We look forward to hearing from you.
